Litigation Executive
Kathryn is a Litigation Executive based in our Liverpool office. She deals with a wide range of complex corporate and commercial disputes, advising individuals and businesses on contractual claims, shareholder disputes and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims and intellectual property.
She also advises in relation to all construction-related disputes including applications for payment, final account disputes and defective works/allegations of negligence.
Kathryn has extensive experience of proceedings in various divisions of the High Court as well as the County Court. She has assisted on a number of injunctions (acting for both applicant and respondent) and has dealt with many contentious insolvency matters, a variety of interlocutory applications and obtaining interim remedies.
Kathryn provides direct and practical advice with a view to dispute avoidance where appropriate and advises clients through negotiation and mediation.
In her spare time, Kathryn becomes steadily worse at backgammon, enjoys eating competitions (aka cycling) and makes plans for her future Bond-villain lair.
