Our firm is based in an eco-friendly office with layout allowing more sunlight into the space. Sensors automatically turn off lights when no one is in the room. Bins for recycling paper, plastic and metal are conveniently placed around the office.
We use electronic processes for internal procedures and aim to be as paperless as possible. We also reduce waste by maintaining the stock of stationery to a minimum.
As a member of Play It Green we act on our environmental impact through footprint reduction and planting trees, at the same time promoting sustainable living style across the firm.
Our firm strives to be the best place to work in the Northwest. We care about the mental health and wellness of our staff. We have Wellness Matters Wednesdays during which we organise activities such as hiking and team breakfasts which provides space for staff to share their feelings and raise awareness of the importance of mental health.
To help reduce regional inequalities in health and wealth, we make donations and work with local charities and support social projects Ykids | Children’s Charity | Liverpool | United kingdom to generate opportunities for children and young people and promote sustainable development.

Every year, our Head of Culture Matters will set objectives, targets, and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of our ESG efforts.
We have appointed the ESG Champion who is responsible for delivery of the intended outcomes and ensuring that our firm takes our environment, culture and our society into account in every decision.
We explain our ESG goals, principles and activities on our corporate website and intranet, and circulate e-newsletters via social media to update staff and clients about our ESG initiatives. We aim to cultivate a culture that the firm, our staff and our clients can work hand in hand to create a better world.
