Amanda joined Mann Roberts in 2022 as a paralegal. She commenced her training contract with the firm in September 2023.
Amanda joined us in 2022 as a paralegal in our team. She began her training contract in September 2023 and qualified as a solicitor in October 2025. She is one of the earliest employees of Mann Roberts, of which she is always proud and grateful.
Amanda assists our team with a wide range of matters, including conducting legal research, drafting and amending commercial contracts, preparing charity registration applications, participating in strategic planning and management of court proceedings in contentious cases, managing data and confidential client information, and communicating with clients. Her strong organisational skills and great attention to detail have been well recognised by our team.
Before starting her legal career, Amanda worked as a Chinese-English translator specialising in financial and legal translation. She is a native Cantonese speaker and speaks fluent English and Mandarin. She enjoys her recent immersion in the Scouse dialect and culture.
Outside of work, Amanda is a yoga enthusiast and enjoys baking her favourite cakes and pastries in her leisure time. Amanda began learning to swim three years ago as part of her commitment to continuous learning, and it has since become a regular habit.
