Alex commenced his training contract in 2018 and qualified in August 2020.
Alex regularly advises on an eclectic range of contentious work, acting for SMEs within sectors including agriculture, construction, healthcare and renewable energy.

Alex’s recent experience includes:

• Negotiating the removal of a shareholder within a large medical practice
• Representing multiple construction companies in high value adjudications, in various cases, both from a Claimant and Defendant perspective
• Litigating multiple breach of contract and warranty claims
• Acting in a High Court dispute for a Shareholder and former Director of an SME in a Proprietary Estoppel Claim which involves allegations of fraudulent breaches of fiduciary duties.

Alex has a calming and approachable manner, and is at ease in dealing with matters which are of heightened stress and sensitivity to his clients.

Alex enjoys hiking and is the organiser of our Wellness Matters Walks. Alex will say that his real expertise is maps, and prides himself on being the best in the office at Worldle, a claim which is currently disputed and in arbitration! Alex also enjoys running, travelling and going to Anfield to watch his beloved Liverpool Football Club.
