Michael joins our Manchester team bringing significant experience in complex commercial disputes and business litigation. Known for his pragmatic, commercially focused approach, he enhances our ability to support businesses with high-value and strategic contentious matters.
Stephen Marais joins as Senior Consultant, adding deep expertise in finance and corporate law. He specialises in asset finance, general lending and restructuring, ship and maritime finance, and wider corporate finance matters. Stephen advises lenders, businesses, maritime operators and high-net-worth individuals on complex financing structures, commercial agreements and corporate legal issues, strengthening our transactional and advisory capabilities across multiple sectors.
This expansion marks an important milestone for the firm. David Mann will head up the Manchester office, leading our growth in the region and reinforcing our commitment to delivering high-calibre legal services to businesses and individuals across Greater Manchester.
