Last week, the Mann Roberts Solicitors team had the incredible opportunity to spend the day at the Leopard’s Den at Leigh Sports Village, watching the Leigh Leopards’ captains run.
Our visit was two-fold:
- First and foremost, when we partner with or sponsor a club, we believe in truly getting involved and understanding the inner workings of the organisation. It’s not just about having our name on a shirt- it’s about being part of the journey, learning what drives the team, and supporting them in the best way possible.
- Secondly, we’re passionate about team building, culture, and discovering what makes a team not just good, but great. Observing the Leigh Leopards up close, and seeing their preparation, camaraderie, and the dedication they bring to every session, gave us valuable insights and inspiration for our own commercial litigation teams. Whether on the field or in the office, success comes from shared goals, trust, and relentless hard work.
A massive thank you to everyone at the club for making us feel so welcome, and especially to Steve Kerr, Mike Smaill, and Adrian Lam for taking the time to share your insights and letting us into the heart of your team’s preparations. It was a brilliant day, and we came away not only inspired but also more connected to the culture of excellence that drives the Leigh Leopards.
